Cancellation policy

Purchase Options Cancellation Policy

Customers may cancel their subscription at any time by logging into their account and navigating to the subscription management section.

To avoid being charged for the next billing cycle, cancellations must be submitted before your next scheduled billing date. Once a subscription has been billed and the order has been processed, we are unable to cancel that shipment, but your subscription will not renew after that point.

To cancel your subscription:

  1. Log in to your account at our website
  2. Go to My Account → Subscriptions
  3. Select the subscription you wish to cancel and click Cancel Subscription

If you experience any issues canceling through your account, please contact us at dtc@unilabhealth.com and we will assist you promptly.

We do not offer refunds on subscription orders that have already been processed and shipped. All cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period.
