Due to health and safety regulations, test kits cannot be returned once opened. Unused and unopened kits may be eligible for return- please contact us for guidance.

What if my kit arrived damaged or incomplete?

If your kit arrives damaged or missing components, contact us within 3 days of delivery with photos and your order number so we can assist.

What if there’s a manufacturing defect?

If you believe your kit has a manufacturing defect, please contact us with details and images where possible.

We’ll review the issue and arrange a replacement.

I received the wrong test kit- what should I do?
