Welcome to Unilab Health. This Shipping Policy explains how we process and ship our at-home diagnostic tests ("Tests"). By purchasing our Tests, you agree to the terms outlined below.
2. Shipping Destinations
We currently ship to most locations within the contiguous United States. At this time, we do not ship to certain regions. Shipping availability may vary based on your location and applicable regulations.

We offer multiple shipping options, including standard and expedited shipping. The available methods will be displayed at checkout, allowing you to choose the most suitable option.
3.2. Shipping Costs
There are none! We do not charge for shipping.
4. Order Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1-2 business days upon payment confirmation. Orders placed after 3 PM EST, on weekends, or on holidays will be processed the next business day.
5. Estimated Delivery Times
Delivery times depend on the shipping method selected and your location:
- Standard Shipping: 5-10 business days
- Expedited Shipping: 2-3 business days
These are estimated timeframes and may be affected by factors such as weather, carrier delays, or other unforeseen circumstances.

7. Shipping Address Accuracy
Please ensure your shipping address is accurate and complete at checkout. We are not responsible for delivery issues caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses. If you need to update your address after placing an order, contact us immediately.
8. Delivery Issues
If you experience any delivery issues, such as lost or damaged packages, please contact us at DTC@unilabhealth.com within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We will assist in resolving the issue, which may include issuing a refund or sending a replacement kit.
9. Returns and Exchanges
Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges for used or opened Test kits. Please refer to our Return and Refund Policy for further details.
